Earlier this year, a report by the Better Government Association highlighted the many problems that plague Chicago's recycling program, including a significantly low recycling rate many years after the program was launched. Join us for a community discussion with the Chicago Recycling Coalition on the main issues with the management of the city's recycling program and how we can become more environmentally conscientious consumers and citizens.
